Casino War

We proudly present to you one of the easiest and most exciting card games in the history – Casino War.

Similar to blackjack, the game pits the player against the dealer. Both the player and the dealer are dealt one card each. The side which has the highest card rank (Ace being the highest) wins.

In case of a tie, the player has two options:

  • The player can surrender, in which case the player receives half the bet.
  • The player can go to war, in which case the player must double his stake.

If the player goes to war, the dealer burns (discards) three cards before dealing each of them an additional card. If the player's second card equals or beats the dealer then the player shall win even money on the raise only and the original wager shall push. If the dealer's second card is greater the player shall lose both bets.

Bonus Rule -- A tie after a tie will fetch a bonus amount equal to the player’s original wager.

Hope you'll enjoy the game and cherish your childhood memories this Christmas.

Wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year in advance!

Happy Holidays! Have a great time!

Thanks for the early Christmas present 😁

You're always welcome. 😄

Shit I nearly forgot to reply to the post and just a comment! Congrats on the 2.0!

Nice!

provably .. unfair.

Well, it's at very least an inaccurate statement.
Curation rewards are not part of post rewards.
You haven't set @null as beneficiaries of this post which is the only viable way of doing so for author rewards, otherwise you can (but don't have to) send liquid part of author rewards to @null, but how about SP?
Anyway, I see no reason to trust this when it could be easily setup in a trustless way.

I recommended to burn the rewards when the author was asking for some visibility on this new project. I trust he will keep his word on burning the post rewards, about trustlessness of the project I can't speak much of it as I'm not so technical on that aspect.

I get that but I was talking about trustless method of burning by setting beneficiaries (i.e. you don't need to trust the author that he will burn the rewards because those will be burned by the blockchain) :-)

Your concern is totally genuine. However, right now we can only assure you that we will burn 100% of the rewards (including the 50% SP) as we forgot to decline payout when we posted it. Unfortunately, there is no sure way to believe us until after 7 days. Anyways, thanks for everyone's support.

Yep, your right this is the trustless way to do it, I think we are not used to using blockchain advantages yet, and trustless being one of the top aspects for blockchain tech

edit:I just read that he forgot to set it up, so the next best thing for trust on chain is to keep the promice :)

Yeah, he mentioned he forgot to set it. ^^

I like playing this game at the casino. Maybe it will be fun on Steem too.

I notice they added [Post Rewards will be sent to @null].

This is good. I trust they will do this. They are quite reputable for a Steem casino and probably won't throw that away for ~ 50$.

Maybe they can clarify if they will double burn Steem to make up for the 50% SP?

Can @kryptogames help me with staking the Gamer Tokens i have earned.
I get an message every time i try to stake after signing with steemconnect.

Oops, something went wrong. Here is the error message:
"Missing Active Authority digitree auth={"weight_threshold":1,"account_auths":[],"key_auths":...

Would suggest you to stake using Steem Keychain. If the error still persists, please contact us on discord.

I was having the same problem. You have to go to https://steem-engine.com to stake the tokens.

I managed to get it to work via steem-keychain.

If 25% die after playing in Winn, how will it come to 100% if Games still do not come?

You will lose you hard earned tokens by gambling because the house ALWAYS wins in the end. Better to donate your tokens to a charity and not support gambling.

Gambling is meant to be fun, not a profit enter. For $20 USD worth of Steem I can play for weeks. If someone is playing with money they can't afford to loose then they shouldn't be playing, period the end.

And the house doesn't always win in the end for each player. It's a law of large numbers that allow a casino to stay in business. They win with some players and loose with others. I should know, in real world and online I'm actually up money over the last 25 years of gambling. And yes that includes KG...it's not much on KG, but I'm up in play plus have earned 44 Steem in dividends and earned millions of tokens which I've sold. Since seeing is believing, here is a screenshot...dragged the screen down so it would pick up the date too. Up 157 Steem not counting other income from KG's tokens.

Impressive, but doesn’t seem worth the effort given the small percentage of gains based on your total wagered.

I enjoy playing and go into it with the knowledge the I very likely will loose, but it's entertainment.

If you are looking at it as an investment of time and the reward you get for that time...nothing on steem is worth the time currently. At that none of your time messing around online is worth it, no time on FB is worth it, watching YouTube isn't worth it, and for sure watching TV isn't worth it either. I know people that pay $150 a month for TV and spend hours a day watching it...what do they get out of that? Well it's all a form of entertainment, it's not about getting anything other then that entertainment value in exchange for our time.

For entertainment it's cheap. A really bad day of playing might cost me $40, but that rarely happens and as I've shown over time it levels out. But even at $40, compared to the potential losses if I went to a real casino that is nothing. Haven't walked into a physical casino since I started playing dice and BJ online as it fills the same entertainment value but with very little risk. Heck I spend more then $40 on drinks at the casino and gas/tolls to get to the casino anytime I go.

But if it's not something you enjoy then it's not for you that's cool. I'm having fun and will keep doing it even if it's not a smart use of my time.

you are still gambling so you can't say that you are ahead "in the end" unless you quit now and never gamble again . Then you will be the anomaly. Please post your stats in 6 months and let's see how you are doing. How could any of these gambling sites stay in business unless 99 % of the people ultimately lose? These sites are the lowest common denominator of DAPPS. They are boring , old hat and only aim for 1 thing - to take your money and profit from your demise. They prey upon the weak willed and dangle the carrot of "provably fair" and it's disgusting.

OK Boomer.

I love you too

Heyhey!
Totally unrelated! But you should add plinko as a game :D

Rigged AF 🤣 you win small bets to get you into it then when you really bet you just fucking lose lose lose🤣🤣🤣🤣 never again
