Stuck

This young cat got neutered today. He wore a plastic ring so as to protect his body.

I recently realized was just like him, not knowing I was unintentionally hurting myself and my loved ones. I felt I was on a turbulent endless flight, trapped in emotions and paralyzed. Nothing I ate or drank had taste. I ate and vomited. I was hungry to fill the void. I want to work on bettering my mind and my overall health. I am grateful for you and Sniff.
