Food Photography Challenge - Week 15
Asopado "Fosforera"
This is a typical dish from my island.
Its name is due to the high phosphorus content it has, since it is composed of various marine products, crustaceans, shellfish, etc.
What predominates in this photograph and used as a representative element is a Lobster, it also has crab, octopus, snails, etc.
A dish without a doubt exquisite. So finger-licking good!
It is usually accompanied by lemon and yucca.
Eating on the beach is totally fascinating.

As a big lover of seafoods, this looks yummy and surely has great nutritional value.
