I wasn't a fan of sushi until I tried it.

This site became my favorite. They sell the best sushi on the island where I live.

This one is called "Yonaguni" They are breaded rolls of cream cheese, chives, tempurized crab, smoked salmon, white fish, avocado, a mixture of shrimp with crab topping (tempurized crab, mayonnaise and a touch of fuji sauce). I must confess that I have never managed to eat the 12 roles that it comes with haha, but I enjoy it too much when I am eating them.

It is one of my favorite foods and seeing these photos definitely whets my appetite haha
