It is worth noting that "Earth Hour" is, first of all, a symbolic action of careful attitude to nature, a public call for decisive measures to preserve the climate of our planet and care for its limited resources.

And in the action involved as millions of ordinary citizens, and thousands of organizations around the world. Since this is an absolutely voluntary action, people themselves decide how many and what electrical devices they will turn off, and the city authorities initiate the switching off of the illumination of urban facilities. Organizers of the action for security reasons do not recommend switching off street lighting, aeronautical lights and traffic lights.
