En esta entrada les dejó la receta del Pastel ó torta de Zanahoria y naranja Vegano (Sin huevo ni leche). Es un pastel delicioso y sencillo de hacer.

Lo primero: La mantequilla debe estar suave para comenzar el proceso. La mia estaba de nevera asi que la puse a el sol unos minutos hasta que ablando.

Then add the sugar to the butter and beat for several minutes.
The carrot is divided, (previously grated by the side that you like the most, I like it more for the small side). To use half in the mixture and the other half is liquefied with orange juice to replace the milk that normally carry the cakes.
To the mixture is added: a splash of vanilla, cinnamon to taste and a spoonful of baking powder.
Mantequilla y (receta de mi abuela) harina pan (Harina de maíz pre-cocido), en lugar de harina de trigo.
For the · Buttering · of the tray / tortera:
Butter and (recipe from my grandmother) flour bread (precooked cornmeal), instead of wheat flour.
Agregar la mezcla y meter al horno.
Nota: Como todos los hornos son diferentes y cada uno tiene sus mañas y trucos, yo te recomendaria que calcularas como normalmente haces tus tortas.
Si nunca hiciste un pastel y quieres hacer uno, yo te recomendaría que lo pusieras a 200 grados centigrados.
