The cover of the Toronto Tree Tower is also wood which is unusual in a case of a 18 storey buiding. Less usual that the arrangements of the balconies is also reminds to a tree and because they are not directly beside each other, there is enough space for a tree on every balcony.

The building provides spaces for 4500nm dwelling, cafe, child care center and will be a unique contrast of the nearby vast steel and glass buildings.
