FREE SBD / Challenge #7 - ENDED

in #challenge7 years ago (edited)

The answer to Challenge #6 is D. And here is why:

It was a Caesar cipher. It is a type of substitution cipher in which each letter in the plaintext is replaced by a letter some fixed number of positions down the alphabet. For example, with a left shift of 3, D would be replaced by A, E would become B, and so on. If you will go to https://planetcalc.com/1434/ and paste "Znk gtyckx zu zujge'y wakyzout oy J Muuj Raiq Se Lxoktjy!" then click CALCULATE. In the ROTA20 row you will see the answer

Today's Question Is:

Which Type of Encryption is better suited for sharing data over an insecure network? (Over Public Internet)

A - 3DES

B - AES

C - Twofish

D - RSA
