yeah... it's the wild west... I started in 2012... still quite early and I often get the same question, some people will just assume that i am rich because i mined some coins with a GPU back then :P
But alas, no... I guess money just doesn't want to stick to me!
For promoting your posts... try minnowbooster's service... it gives you a small return in a profitable upvote and makes your post more visible... but mostly... take it slow, build some relations though meaningful comments and engagement in communities on discord and such...
patience is a virtue :P
