The proof of taste challenge wìll be great especially if individual steemians are given the choice to cook their local cuisines on the six different weeks following some set rules with regards to spices and ingredients in used. The user will then give a brief introduction of the food, history and it popularity. It could be when and where the food is needed most. The occasion and the like.
Last week could be made in a form of local cuisine freestyle with explication why the user has chosen those, not other ingredients. Thank you for the suggestion! :)
