RE: Charitable deeds, let's crowd-fund for kids in Bangladesh, fruits and snacks every week, nr. 69

How wonderful that you can supply the kids with pomegranates! They are one of my favorite fruits and we find them in our grocery store closer to Christmas time. to me they are a treat!
I don't mind that it is rather difficult to get the seeds out for they are so tasty, delicious and nutritious!
One trick I learned to get the seeds out easily is to just score around the middle of the pomegranate, not cutting through it, and tear it open into halves.
Hold each half over a bowl, seeds facing down and tap the skin with a wooden spoon, and the seeds just fall out. Squeezing a little helps the seeds to come out easier.
Great project @azizbd is organizing with the @schoolforsdg4!

Yeah, we do a different fruit every week!

I had no idea of the middle thing! I usually cut out the top and slice dices, then pour them out! I will most definitely try your way! Thank you for the tip! :)

You're Welcome! Nice that they get different fruits every week. Are they fruits that grow locally?

Well, yeah. The citrus ones and bananas definitely. The climate there supports these. Mohammed is looking to grow his own produce as well. With his family. :)

That would be lovely if he could grow his own produce.
It would be great if he could initiate some gardening projects with the school kids too.
Not only give them fresh food but also show them how to produce it!
