Recipes: Curry Fish

For 4 servings
Material:
300g of white catfish fillet
½sdt salt
½sdt pepper powder
75g wheat flour
1 egg, shake
75g rough bread flour
Cooking oil
French fries or rice to complement
Curry Sauce:
2sdm cooking oil
75g onion, chopped
50g Japanese curry spice
1sdm wheat flour
500ml stock, mix with
2sdt dashi
100g mix frozen vegetables, melt
How to make:
Cut out a rectangular fish fillet, set aside. Spread the fish with salt and pepper.
Roll the fish into the flour. Dip it in beaten eggs, and lastly lay with bread.
Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan, insert the fish pieces gradually. Fry until the fish is golden yellow and cooked. Lift. Drain.
Curry sauce. Heat 2sdm of cooking oil in a pan, saute onion until fragrant. Enter the curry and flour spice, stir until mixed. Pour the broth, add mix vegetables, cook until boiling, remove.
Serve fried fish with curry sauce and complementary.
