China punishes 10 of the country's most popular live streaming apps
China penalised 10 of the country's most popular live streaming apps with action ranging from halting new user sign-ups to suspending content updated.
Tik tok - owner Bytedanc's xogua and three apps by Tencent-backed firms - Bilibilig Huya and Donyua were among those penalised.
Cyberspace Administration of china said the penalised services most rectify vulgar and other problematic content.
