John 15:4-5

Dwell in Me, and I will dwell in you. [Live in Me, and I will live in you.] Just as no branch can bear fruit of itself without abiding in (being vitally united to) the vine, neither can you bear fruit unless you abide in Me.

Today we see inconsistency in the Christiandom; many are not stable in their walk with Christ. Living a double standard life will always lead to spiritual unproductivity as portrayed in the verse above. It is very vital that the rice farm doesn't run out of steady supply of water. So also it necessary that your life does not run out of the steady presence of Christ so as to ensure growth and achievement.

A visitor does not come to Stay, once his purpose is fulfilled that visitor returns to his abode. Many today are treated Christ as a visitor; today we enjoy his blest presence in our live and then tomorrow we deny him. What a Shame!. God says today, I want to permanently dwell with you. If we remain with God only then can we experience progress in all areas of our life.

Jesus said that the relationship of every believer to him is like that of the branch and the tree. If you must experience progress in what ever you do, then remain in Christ. Your progress in faith, your growth in grace, your experience of deliverance and breakthrough and lot more other benefits you can think of can only be actualize by staying consistently with Christ.

Remember that where the spirit of the Lord is there is liberty. This was the liberty that Peter received at the appearing of the angel of the Lord. Every limitation takes its leave when Chris says consistently with you. In his presence there is fullness of joy and at his right hand there is pleasures forever more.
