THE WORD OF GOD DISCOVERS THE CONDITION OUR HEART

We sometimes worry and become anxious for nothing. But the WORD of God admonishes us neither to worry nor to be troubled!

Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice! (Hebrews 4).

"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7).

Our hearts and minds need spiritual rest just as our bodies do need physical rest.

“And God rested on the seventh day from all His works” (Genesis 2:2).

God gave us an example that we too need rest, both naturally and spiritually!
Let us therefore, be diligent to enter that rest, which He has given us through His Word - the Lord Jesus Christ.

“We need to trust in the LORD and obey His WORD or commands in order that we too may enter His rest! Eat the Word of God and meditate on the Word!

For the WORD of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart (Hebrews 4:12).

And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.

“Today, as you have heard His voice (message), do not harden your heart.”
Trust in the LORD and obey His WORD or commands; there is no other way.
