Please note -- I will have limited internet access for awhile -- so PLEASE do not be upset that I cannot reply right away, or to everyone. I am dealing with some changes, and will have limited time online and will be happy if I get a few blog posts up a week.
This has really upset some people but I do not force my opinions on others, or need to communicate every detail of my life or issues, most people do not care anyways. I invested around 10 hours or more a day on Steemit most of my first 13 mths here, I just do not have that time in my life right now, and that includes for replies and voting/curation.
I have done my best, sorry if you do not understand like some are clearly having a problem with. It's a blogging platform, and I will do my best at everything, and to keep blogging.

A couple of months ago I hit the lowest point in my life. But the key to my recovery was just that. Strength in God.

I feel you because I feel this way, generally. (Two feels in one sentence... that's a lot of feeling 😊)
Mine is less physical in nature though depression and anxiety disorder can interestingly enough present itself physically as well. Ugh...
That stuff manifests physically, 100% in lots of ways, lots and lots of ways.
Cortisone levels and related nonsense it all causes inside the body and the mind, all connected.

You're right cortisone is a real problem. Particularly when one let's their stress level rise too much. And I'm happy to drop in. The door was unlocked so.... 😁
God knows better than us, so we do not have to worry about ourselves, because God gives us what we need, not what we really want, then we are always required to pray to him.
I struggle a whole lot.

I'm tired being sick all the time with disability that never goes away. I wish there was more resources for Christians online who can't make it to physical church.
