THANK GOD

in #christianity6 years ago

You don’t know the future, but God does. You cannot move mountains, but God can. The answer you are looking for is God.

The enemy does all that He can to destroy God’s divine promise for your health in this life, so when God asks you, “is it well with you?” don’t brush Him off. Declare in faith, “it is well because I have a great physician and His name is greater than my diagnosis.”

Thank God that you got to and from work safely, that you can move, and that you can see and hear. Thank God that there is life in your body and food on your table. Thank God that He’s never failed you that His word has always shown you the path that you should take.

God never promised us that we would be healthy or happy or wealthy. Which explains why my first wife died from kidney disease when she was 30 years old.

Wrong again.

Children, obey your parents in the Master, for this is right. “Respect your father and mother,” which is the first command with promise, in order that it might be well with you, and you might live long on the earth.”
Eph`siyim (Ephesians) 6:1‭-‬3

“Respect your father and your mother, so that your days are prolonged upon the soil which יהוה your Elohim is giving you.
Shemoth (Exodus) 20:12

“Therefore you shall lay up these words of mine in your heart and in your soul, and bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall teach them to your children, speaking of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. And you shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates, that your days and the days of your children may be multiplied in the land of which the Lord swore to your fathers to give them, like the days of the heavens above the earth.
Deuteronomy 11:18‭-‬21
