Imitate Me - Leadership

“Yearn to be a winner, make use of all your strength to accomplish the vision and when you have achieved it, you will understand you have only taken the first step on the ladder to success.” C.C.D.
Vision has always been there, but the Lord is searching for someone that He would use to establish His’ vision. Like what Michelangelo said, ”The image was always there, and all I did was remove some rubble to uncover it.”, same is true with the Vision . It has always been there, but today, the Lord had allowed us to rubble it and see it clearly.
In order for this vision to spread, the Lord had to test it to a ministry, in order to inspire other churches. The vision must start with the leader of the Church, in order for it to flow to its members. Growing in the vision is very important, that it will allow the church to also grow. The leader must be the vision carrier before any other else.
Leadership is all about influence. As a leader, one must successfully pass the vision to its members. As Paul the apostle said in 1 Corinthians 11:1, ”Imitate me, just as I also imitate Christ.” A leader’s life must be an influence to his/her member. And one could say the words that apostle Paul said in 1 Corinthians 11:1.
The Leadership skills of a leader can be seen through its members, a strong leader cannot have a weak member, and a weak leader cannot have strong members. A leader should forge his members as who he is.
Therefore, if one wants to have a strong team, he must be strong. If he wants to have a team of lions, he must be a lion. If he wants to have a team of basketball player, he must be a basket player. A leader cannot expect a member who he is not.

Hi @markaparre, this is a good series of posts you are doing. Just some advise. It is not advisable to do more than one post on the same topic per day as the same people (who might be your followers) cannot vote at a lot of posts per day as their Voting power will be depleted too quickly. Good luck on steemit!

Thank you so much @hope777!
Will do that the next time.

Good motivation post. The leader should have great qualities. If leader is good then you can achieve any task with weak work force also, if leader is not good then with powerful work force you can not succeed. Great post great idea, thanks for sharing.
