THE MINISTRY OF THE EVANGELIST
The Greek word "evangelistes" translated evangelist means one who announces or spreads the good news of God's kingdom. Evangelists are mobile ministers (Acts 21:8). They carry the gospel to places where it was not known before (Acts 8:4,40)
