Introduction to Abundant Grace

Welcome to the first day of the week, the fifth month
of the year 2018, the year of His Fullness. The number
five connotes Grace. 1 Timothy 1:14 declares ‘And the
grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith
and love which is in Christ Jesus.’ And Isaiah 44:3 also
declares ‘For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty,
and floods upon the dry ground’.

Knowing therefore that the Almighty God gives us
much more than we have asked, the theme for this
week is OVERFLOWING GRACE. This week the Lord will
release unto you the grace that overflows in Jesus
name, Amen.

Definition of grace

Grace can be defined as a divine enabler (help) that
enables you to achieve what ordinarily you are unable
to achieve. Overflowing grace is therefore one that is
more than enough for you and reaches out to others
around you. It is that much more divine ability showed
upon an individual, family, church, community, nation
or the world at large to get success over what is
ordinarily impossible.

Encountering Grace

Solomon saw this grace even in double in Ecclesiastes
9:11 ‘I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race
is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither
yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of
understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time
and chance happeneth to them all’. From the reference
scripture, the word time and chance speak volume on
overflowing grace.

Men needs overflowing Grace

Overflowing grace, yes overflowing grace is what every
human being needs t fulfil one’s destiny here on earth.
Where there is no grace there is little or nothing anybody
can do (2 Sam.2:9, Rom.9:15-16).

As children of the Most High God therefore, who is sufficient
in grace, may He grant you the overflowing grace this week
in Jesus name, Amen. Yet this same God who is all knowing
has decided to keep his grace far from the proud.
That’s why the scriptures say in James 4:6 ‘But he giveth
more grace.

Reconciliation and Conclusion

God’s grace is always abundant unto His people. As you give
your humble self to the Lord and abide to His words and
surrender all to Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God, your
Maker, you shall receive the OVERFLOWING grace to excel in
Jesus name, Amen.

God bless you
