The Beauty of Jeulikat Reservoir On the Christmas Holiday

On Christmas holiday 25 December this year, many people, especially in Aceh Province spent their time to visit the public places and the entertainment areas. One of most interesting place in Lhokseumawe and North Aceh is Jelikat reversoir.

We need 25 minutes to reach the location. Jeulikat reservoir is located in the Jeulikat of Blangmangat subdistrict, Lhokseumawe, Aceh.

Mostly the Acehnese people are muslims. So, the Christmas atmosphere is not so felt in this area. Only a few minority people worship in the church in Lhokseumawe. But, majority people use the Christmas holiday for recreation and Jeulikat reversoir as a good destination.

The Government of Lhokseumawe has changed the area to be an attractive tourist destination. In addition to the reservoir, this place also provides play facilities such as duck boats and hanging ropes. It's not too expensive to enjoy all of this. We just need to pay Rp. 10.000 for car parking and no charged ticket to enter the recreation area.

Holiday is still a holiday, whatever its shape.
