Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) previously known as Victoria Terminus (VT) is a historic Indian railway station. Frederick William Stevens designed it according to the concept of Victorian architecture. The station was built in 1887.
Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus is listed in UNESCO World Heritage and its is most beautiful railway station with stained-glass windows, towering spires and domed arches. It's the headquarters of the Indian Central Railways. It is one of the most busiest railway stations in India as it has both local and long distance train services.
It is located in South Mumbai and its southern's most station of Central railway. In evening when we walk pass we can see this iconic structure lit up - a sight to behold!
