Hello, today i was bored so i decided to post some pics about a place that everyone know probably just for movies and mafia. I am talking about Sicily.
Sicily is also a beautiful land full of culture and history.
Sicily is the largest island in the Mediterranean Sea and Palermo is Sicily’s largest city, with a population over 1,280,000. The main beach in Palermo is Mondello:
Due to its strategic position in the middle of the Mediterranean sea, its been subject to waves of invasions: Arabs, the Normans, the Swabians, the French and the Spanish Bourbons just to name some. The result of this is evident today in the vast range of architectural styles and food.
Palermo enjoys a hot, Mediterranean climate which makes it warm and dry for much of the year.
