I know an app called something like „tiny planet“ or so that can create a similar effect from an existing photo!
yes, apps like that exist. You need a panoramic like picture...or at least something with edges that could blend. But it somehow distorts the sky more than with a 360 camera. But an app could give a similar effect and is worth experimenting with!
