Fantasia in C major, BWV 570 - Johann Sebastian Bach
This work by the great JS Bach doesn't belong to a two part Fantasia-Fugue combination (like Prelude and Fugues). It's a standalone work probably composed during his time as organist at Arnstadt. Nevertheless, it can be registered quite simply with an 8' Principal or a full plenum, like I'm sharing with you today. Because of this, you could either play this as a prelude or postlude at church services.
This was recorded on the Armley Schulze organ of St. Bartholomew, Leeds (UK) using the Hauptwerk VPO software.
