RE: Congratulations to @cmp2020; and publicity for Steemit in a Chester County, PA newspaper

in #classical-music5 years ago (edited)

I wasn't aware of your so close relation to be honest. I follow your son from the very first time I spotted his posts and listened to his stuff.
Well I have not enough musical knoledge to judge the technical work that's behind his creations and keep me appart from publicly express my opinion related to technical aspects of his compositions.
But I love music ( and have some musical studies ) that allow me to appreciate his creations and interpretations ( also the variations ) and enjoy them which I do too much.
The last achievement has been a great one as I could see on his related post but I was shy to tell him how much I liked it to not appear as flattering with ignorance.
As a self student of piano and drums I know how much effort , time and passion one must put on music to get things done, not to mention to reach the level your son actually has which is light years away from my position.
You can be proud of your son, he's doing a great job and in my humble opinion if he persists in his way he will for sure get the recognition he deserves.
Steemit it's not being the best site for recognition of classical music but maybe with time and patience it will...hope that at least.
Was great from your son to mention us on his interview, amazing!
Congrats @remlaps you're fortunate to have such an amazing son.
Love n'hugs

Thanks for thee comment! We're very proud of his hard work.

That's crazy that you can't get to the daily local's web site. We always hear about the Great Firewall of China, but I was unaware that Europe might have one, too... I hope you were able to read the article on the school district's site. It's the same story on both sites.

It was my pleasure!
Yes I could access the School site without any problem and read the cute article they did, Steemit mention included 😉
