when your son is eccentric

My son is four years old and can tell you more about dark matter and the birth of the universe than most adults I know. He started reading before one and a half, and doing math before he was two. Hes currently torn between being a cosmologist, an astrophysicist, or a mathematician.
Thats why we homeschool. Thats why I don't normally talk about my son to my friends, especially ones with children the same age. People are extremely judgemental and assume I force knowledge down his throat. Its lonely and isolating for both of us.

I only hope he can someday find a friend with his same interests, and a school that will accommodate him.

He put VY Canis Majoris on the door with his magnet letters yesterday. Hes practicing his spelling.
