大家好,身为一个吃货,对各式各样的中国美食简直爱到不行,很开心能在这样一个平台上和大家一起分享博大精深的中国美食。第一次分享,先从近期做的一个甜品开始吧:地瓜椰汁西米露

第一步:地瓜2个,西米150g,冰糖适量,椰奶500ml,水。
Step 1:Sweet potato(2), sago(200g), sugar, coconut milk(500ml), water
第二步:在锅中加水煮开,放入西米,不断搅拌防止粘锅底,水再开时,煮8min,关火,闷20min,过冷水,可用冷水浸泡储存或放入冰箱储存。
Step 2: Put 1000ml water into a pot and boil the water. Put the sago into the boiling water and keep stirring the water. Boil the sago 8mins and then turn off the fire. Keep water and sago there about 20mins and then cooling down with cool water.1.png
第三步:地瓜去皮,用水冲洗干净,切成1cm边长小粗粒。
Step 3:Dice the sweet potato into pieces (1cm1cm1cm) and wash them.

第四步:地瓜放入500ml水中,水开后煮15mins,放入冰糖和椰奶,煮开 。
Step 4: Put sweet potato pieces into another pot with water and boil the water(about 15mins). Put sugar and coconut milk into the pot when the water is boiling (keep boiling about 1mins).
第五步:将西米加入冰糖地瓜椰汁中,热食。
Step 5: Put sago into the pot with sweet potato and coconut milk. Dessert is ready. Please enjoy!

第六步:也可放入冰箱一小时后,冷食。
Step 6: Put the dessert into refrigerator for 1 hour. Please enjoy!

地瓜含热量很低,比一般米饭低得多,所以不用担心发胖,而且对保护皮肤和延缓衰老有一定作用。甜甜的红薯加上晶莹剔透的西米,真的是养眼又养颜!

提示:第3,4步,也可以替换为,生地瓜打成汁,煮开,加冰糖和椰奶,煮开
For step 3 and 4, sweet potato pieces and water can be replaced by raw sweet potato juice. Boil the juice and put sugar and coconut milk into the pot when the juice is boiling.
蒸熟或煮熟透的地瓜淀粉更易消化
Steamed or cooked sweet potato starch is easier to digest than raw sweet potato starch.
含糖量高的食物会导致胃酸过多,对胃刺激加强,所以最好饭后食用本甜品,好吃也不要贪杯哦!感谢大家!
