2019年，继续《2019年每月小结》活动，我的2019年目标不多，就三条。
七月份实现的如何呢？

| 1. 人际沟通 | 和组员聊天 | 放慢工作速度 |
| 2.体脂减到20% | 每周2次私教 | 继续保持 |
| 3. 财务自由 | M9考试通过！ | 8月继续考M9a和HI |
本月其他：
- Evernote用的不错
- 新人离职，又要开始招人
- 去马来西亚休了个小长假
- 购买中亚2年unlimited会员
下个月：
努力考试。
