三月小结 | 2019年每月小结

一个季度说过就过，我的心情来不及跟上日历啊！

我的2019年目标不多，就两条。
三月份实现的如何呢？

目标本月实现下月改进
1.每天和一个不同的人沟通主动要求担任讲演会会内职务等待会内通知
2.体脂减到20%三月签了私人教练每周一次

具体一些：
跟了私教一节课，感觉死了一回。期待本周五的第二次死去活来。

其他本月下月
目标修正要不要放弃交流专心做一个有内涵的自闭人？？
