不会吃螃蟹的程序员不是一个好厨师😂

满打满算，在苏州的研究生生涯已经过去一年了。但是对于去年没有吃阳澄湖大闸蟹这件事情耿耿于怀。
今年，由于有乔帮主的带领，赶在中秋之后，国庆之前的这个黄金时令。去阳澄湖美滋滋的买了大闸蟹。可正宗的阳澄湖大闸蟹数量太少了，市场上99%都是蟹都仅仅是在阳澄湖洗了一个澡而已。幸亏有了乔帮主，我们前往阳澄湖附近的小镇集市上买到了又好吃又便宜的本地蟹。

懂蟹的都知道。金九银十，螃蟹最为肥美。在中秋之后，母蟹已经有了蟹黄，而公蟹的蟹膏还需要再等段时间。于是，早上七点就来到小镇，讨价还价之后，以18元一只的价格买了屁颠屁颠的选了40只母蟹～，每一只都三两多(ps:买蟹的时候，记得捏腿。如果腿硬，就说明腿上有肉，蟹生命力旺盛)!

又经过漫长的奔波，返回了师兄的住处。等到实验室师兄弟来齐之后，就开始蒸螃蟹了。40只螃蟹叠满了蒸笼。原来，家里有矿的感觉这么好 😂

这个季节的母蟹，实在太好吃了。在蒸的时候，就有蟹黄油脂开始外流成糕状。在打开蟹脐那一刻，饱满的蟹黄已经随之展现出来了(我该研究一下如何当一名美食博主了。。😕)
