Having fun in Reno

This year’s July 4 is in Thursday. To have a long weekend, I decided to take the Friday off. The valley here is extremely hot these couple weeks. We have the most beautiful lake Tahoe nearby - only two hours driving distance, weather there so nice, but too many people are going there. So we decided to go to Reno.

The weather in Reno is little bit better. We can go there to enjoy buffet, shop in mall and outlet, and even play little bit of slot machines. The most important is it’s not far from where I live.

We left home until 10am, got there at 12:30pm, perfect time for lunch. Going to Reno, buffet is the best choice for us. Everyone can choose what they like to eat. For me, I just eat one meal for a whole day, so I can pick all the stuff that I want. We all agreed their prime rib was the best, so juicy and tender.

We shopped at Spark outlet and played slot machines in Legend casino. Only played $5, I had a chance to play a game, won $26. Three of us all won little bit money less than 10 minutes. That’s fun, then we decided to leave.

It’s a very fun short trip, so relaxing and enjoyable!
