每當變幻時－社區巡禮 Foodie Favourites in my town

今天週末早上起得早，去想著不如趁藍天白雲的日子去找點活動。我家附近有一個舊社區，是這邊很有歷史的一個老地方，舊地方舊建築都在訴說多年的歷史及變遷。而且這邊還有好多好吃的平民美食呢，不如就來個美食巡禮吧。

Hello everyone, today I am going to introduce you the urban area of my town - Luen Wo Hui. It is one of the developing area in Hong Kong. And the most important thing is that it is the favorite area for the foodie as you could find tons of nice food here.

這裡就是聯和墟，最著名的事情就是陳奕迅及楊千嬅主演的電影《每當變幻時》在這裡取景。可惜聯和墟市現在已處於荒廢置狀態，任由風吹雨打。

Luen Wo Hui was the main filming location of the local movie 'Hooked on you' which was casted by Eason Chan and Miriam Yeung.

上海飽點

這是一間相當平民化的小店，從外觀看你就知道了。店鋪是開在一幢民居的地鋪一角，店面很小，只有老闆娘跟她女兒兩位工作，不論是從材料準備，製作及蒸煮的過程，都是公開給大眾看到的。新鮮不新鮮，客人一看到就知。她們製作的上海式飽點，材料甚豐，肉汁多味道好，而且價錢十分相宜。

Buns of Shanghai-style

The store is located in the floor corner of a housing building and selling the buns of 'Shanghai-style'. It may be a domestic store but the buns taste really excellent.

大蕃薯

很可愛的店名，是吧？「大蕃薯」算是近年新興的一間小店，它的料理大部分都是以蕃薯為主的自創菜式。店面不大，裝潢一般，可是卻有不少名人慕名而來，看店門口就貼了很多香港藝人來光顧的照片及報導等。

雅士餐廳

這是一間老牌的西式餐館，也是我們俗稱的「扒房」，就是「剧扒」(吃牛扒)的地方。從前這邊是很高級的地方，食物價錢也不是一般大眾吃得起的水平。記得小時候一年裡只有生日或是慶祝甚麼大事的才會吃到一兩次，而且還是點最便宜的那個套餐，可是也足夠讓小孩子的我快樂得懷疑人生了。今天，我有了經濟能力，而且餐廳在其他食肆的激烈競爭下，它的價錢也相對不再昂貴了。可是我還是只會一年吃一兩次，因為我最想吃到的，是我那小時候快樂回憶的味道。

Deluxe Restaurant

This is one of the oldest restaurant here in Luen Wo Hui. It serves the western style food like steak and french fries. Only rich people could afford the restaurant in the past, but nowadays most people could try out the dishes with a fair pricing.

四眼仔腸粉

它可算是聯和墟中的名店了，是這裡幾十年的老字號了。從在街角的小店到現在換了店鋪，新增了不少裝備，空調、爐具等等現在一應俱全。唯一不變的，就是味道始終如一，嫰滑細緻的腸粉，配上爽口彈牙的魚丸燒賣，再配以甜醬、花生醬做的混醬，味道就是一流。

There is a famous store here serving mainly the rich noodle roll. The roll is so tasty together with the fresh fish ball. You could even add different favor like sweet or salty sauce, according to your preference.

群記豬手

這豬手面店也是這邊的老字號了，聞其名，知其聲，這店當然就是以招牌豬手聞名。它的豬手入口鬆化不油膩，也不會黏口，肥瘦比例剛剛好。另外，雖然它是以招牌豬手作招徠，但其實它的牛肉丸豬肉丸魚丸都是很有名的小吃。

The store serves the famous pork knuckles with noodle. Besides the meat balls and fish balls are the famous dishes as well.

協香面包店

這面包店以它的創意飽點馳名。當中最有名的就是「雞腿包」，它是真的以原隻雞下腿作餡料，放在鬆軟的包子內，每口都是飽滿的雞肉，感覺很幸福。而且這個雞腿包只要港幣8.5元，在一般餐廳連素包都未必吃到呢。另外它的出爐蛋撻也是十分美味有名的。

The bakery serves special bread. The most famous one is the bread with chicken leg. You could find the whole chicken leg in the bread and it only cost very cheap. isn't it amazing?

其實聯和墟這個我小時候生活的地方，已跟以往大有不同。「桃花依舊，面目全非」，所慶幸的是小時候的回憶，仍可從老店，老味道，老生活去細味多少。但再多年後，有一天都全部發展了的那刻，到時候，不知道能否再嚐到這些快樂的的味道了。

今天，趁時代洪流來到前，來紀錄一下。

The place in fact was my living place in my childhood. Today I could smell the difference and changes but yet I still glad that I could find out the old stuffs like old stores and food which recall my memories of my happy time.
