Carrefour sells fresh cream, too.

Off the top of my head, I even know the basic steps:

(1) Make a pastry shell

(2) Make pastry cream (dark chocolate or coffee flavor)

(3) Make icing

(4) Put #2 inside #1

(5) Put #3 on top of #1

(6) Chill until ready to eat

I suppose one of my problems is lack of confidence in the kitchen :-(

Maybe I should force the issue?
