土地还未依法征收就被出让了,有什么救济措施呢
首先应当明确，在土地未依法征收完成、地上还有建筑物的情况下，土地是不能依法挂牌出让的。依据《闲置土地处置办法》及《国土资源部关于加大闲置土地处置力度的通知》等文件的相关规定，均禁止“毛地”出让。也就是禁止未进行拆迁平整的土地出让。因此，如果您家的房屋还未被依法征收拆迁，房屋所在土地就已经出让，那么这个出让一定是不合法的。

First of all, it should be clarified that in the case that the land is not legally levied and there are buildings on the ground, the land cannot be listed and sold according to law. Therefore, if your home has not been demolished according to law, and the land where the house is located has been sold, then the transfer must be illegal.
