甜點在世界各地都是深受人們的喜愛，台灣當然也不例外。一個美味的蛋糕配上一杯咖啡☕️或茶，真是一番享受啊！
最近吹起一股流行，坊間開了很多烘培坊，分享教學DIY及提供材料讓大家體驗做蛋糕的樂趣，即使對烘培一竅不通的人，也都能做出美味的蛋糕喔。
Everybody loves dessert,A cup of tea or coffee with a delicious cake on the side that's really something I would not trade,
There are a lot of open bakery kitchen in Taiwan,they teach how to bake a perfect cake and offer all the Ingredients you need,even you are a totally newbie can also make a great cake.

這間店的裝潢太深得我心了，簡單時尚白色系，讓人一進入就覺得是個乾淨的地方，畢竟是做食物的地方，環境是很重要的。
I do really love the decoration of bienday baking,simple snow white makes you feel it's nice and clean,

這間店的裝潢特色，就是厲害的「器具牆」，各式各樣的器具掛置於牆面上，令人為之瘋狂啊，想必是女孩們的夢幻廚房吧！！！來做蛋糕不外乎還能順便拍上漂亮、特別的照片～
The best part of the decoration is wall of cooker,they got everything you need for baking just hanged on the wall,it's my fantasy kitchen !!

It's a very thoughtful tutorial video and detailed recipe,just step by step and delicious cake is coming! even you have any questions there's always a baking chef to help you.

準備材料的過程中，對於新手的我們需要全神貫注，免得一失足成千古恨啊⋯⋯(◐‿◑)
We were really focus on preparing the ingredients.

刨檸檬皮，充滿著檸檬香氣～

how to use the blender?

攪拌中真是一股壓力釋放啊，療癒～
And that's how it work.

準備將攪拌好的材料倒入烤模囉～就能送入先前預熱好的烤箱裡了（期待）
Getting ready to put all the ingredients into the loaf mold....then send it to the oven.

等待50分鐘....蛋糕出爐了，天啊，興奮興奮....
等待蛋糕降溫時，準備檸檬糖霜淋醬，淋在蛋糕上等糖霜的變脆脆的就完成了！！
50 mins later,I can finally take my cake out of the oven,OMG I am so exciting!!
just wait until the cake cool down a little bit,pour the frosting on the top of the cake....its ready to serve.
