最专业的一次吃鱼经历Most professional fish eating experience

The end of the year is apporaching, our small department had a good performance this year, so the people planned to celebrate in advance. A friend suggested to experience a most professional experience to eat fish, so we went to the Frank fish meal workshop.

The owner of this shop is from Hongkong, starting with a special fish. In fact, the price is not too expensive, and the average per capita is more than 200.

The first shock to me is all kinds of seasoning pot, table salt, black salt, garlic salt, pepper, salt and so on, there are a variety of oil, sesame oil, chili oil and so on. This is for the rest of the fish.

The fish is fresh grass carp. Each of us ate about 2 plates.

Fish skin made of fried fish skin, fish head with roasted meat made of roasted fish, it is not so greasy.

临近年终,小部门今年效益不错,于是一行人打算提前庆祝一下。有个朋友提议想体验一次最专业的吃鱼经历,于是大家来到了久仰大名的鱼膳坊。

这家店的老板是香港人,以特色鱼起家。价格其实并不是太贵,人均也就200多的水平。

首先震撼到我的是桌子上的各种调料罐,各种盐,黑矿盐,蒜盐,胡椒盐等等,还有各种油,麻油,辣椒油等等。这是为接下来的鱼生准备的。

鱼生是淡水鲩鱼。我们每个人都吃了大约2盘的量。

鱼皮做成了炸鱼皮,鱼头跟红烧肉一起做成了红烧鱼肉,显得没有那么油腻。
