1. Knowing is not enough, we must apply; willing is not enough, we must do.
   单是知道是不足够的，必须加以应用 ; 光是有心是不足够的，必须加以实践

2. As you think, so shall you become.
   你想成为什么样的人，就真的会成为那样的人。

3. If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.
   如果你给每件事情都设了限，无论是有形的还是无形的，它都会融进你的工作和生活。这个世界没有极限，只有停滞不前，而你必须超越和突破。

4. If you spend too much time thinking about a thing, you’ll never get it done.
   如果你花太长时间去想一件事，那你永远不会完成它。

5. Mistakes are always forgivable, if one has the courage to admit them.
   如果一个人敢于承认错误，那么一切的错误都会被原谅。

6. Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.

10. Adapt what is useful, reject what is useless, and add what is specifically your own.
