港仔帶你看台灣系列很久沒有跟大家見面了。因為最近比較繁忙，所以也沒有好好出外享受一下。在八月底的時候，剛好趁著孩子差不多要上學，便帶他出去玩一玩。這次我們來到了礁溪老爺酒店，是礁溪著名的溫泉酒店。礁溪老爺酒店位於礁溪市區－五峰旗風景特定區。對觀光客和不想開車的當地人算很方便，但方便之餘也可欣賞五峰旗的風景。

因地理位置很好，從台北到酒店非常簡單，只需要在台北轉運站坐往礁溪的客運，大約一小時以內車程（不塞車的話)。到了礁溪，在礁溪轉運站下車，再坐酒店提供的接駁車（記得要是先預約喔！），便會到達今次的目的地 - 礁溪老爺酒店。

Hello all, it has been a while since my last travel around Taiwan due to work reason. Approaching the end of August, as my son's summer holiday is over soon, I decided to take him somewhere out of Taipei. This time I will take all of you to Hotel Royal in Chiao Hsi. It is one of the most famous hot spring resort within Chiao Hsi area.

It is very easy to travel there, all you need is to take a bus from Taipei to Yilan at Taipei Bus Station. About a hour of travel, you can take off in the Chiao Hsi bus station and take the shuttle bus (remember to pre-order) to the Hotel Royal.

來到了酒店，當然先周圍參觀一下。雖然此酒店已經有十多年歷史，但是外觀還是保養得非常好。可能是大集團的關係吧，很會打造那種淡淡的低調奢華風。

辛苦工作了那麼久，去旅行最重要當然要感覺舒適。來到這裡，一整個氛圍便會令你覺得自己真的像一個老爺。不單是各種擺設，還有一個綠化園地，讓你不自覺地把所以的壓力都釋放下來。

When we reach the hotel, the first thing to do is to just look around. Even the hotel is 10+ years old, the condition is still very good.

It is very important for me to be relax once in a while and just being in here, the whole environment will make you feel like a boss. The decoration as well as the garden will make you release all your pressure in no time.

由於老爺距離礁溪市的商圈走路的話比較遠，酒店不惜工本，想盡一切辦法要讓你留在酒店裡面也會得到流連忘返的感覺。他們這裡提供非常多的活動，不論你是什麼年齡，總有一樣你會喜歡的。例如給長輩看的傳統歌仔戲，為配合世界大學運動會的羽毛球比賽，還有我最喜歡的發呆大賽等等，再來還有女生滿愛的瑜珈課。而早上6點多有晨間爬山活動－五峰旗風景特定區，雖然我6點多已起來，但還是去了大眾湯去享受。下次再來，一定要去參加一下。（起碼有一個下次再來的理由）

Since the hotel does not near the business district, they would organize many activities for all the customers at any age. For example, the Taiwanese Opera, sports activities and also a competition of doing NOTHING (which I like the best)!

喜歡購買紀念品的女士們也可以趁著這機會盡情消費。。。好了，老婆大人，房間準備好了，我們快走吧。。

Ladies who love to buy souvenir could buy all she want... ok, my dearest wife, it is time to go to the room. Hurry up, let's go!

房間門口一打開，便好像去到了日本一樣。房間採用了日式的佈局，還有一個很大的陽台讓你想想大事。當然房間還有一個溫泉池，讓你不用到室外也可以享受泡湯的樂趣。你看小孩也一邊泡，一邊想事情，像個大人一樣。

The room is decorated in Japanese style and there is a huge balcony for you to sit down and relax. Inside the room, you can also enjoy the hotspring. Look at my son, he is enjoying so much!

還要多一點享受？來外面到大眾的溫泉吧！外面的溫泉有不同的溫度可以選擇，也可以先到熱的溫泉，再到冷泉。想運動一下？也可以到游泳池暢泳一番。我家小孩當天游泳池玩了大半天，在游泳池旁居然不是兒子，而是媽媽們，她們不是在撐傘，便是塗防曬。不喜歡游泳？也可選擇被動地讓溫泉醫生魚把你腳上的死皮通通消失。

Want even more? You can go outside for hotspring as well. Not only you can choose hotspring in different temperature. You may also swim a bit and then let the “hotspring doctor” to remove all your dead skin in your feet.

我很喜歡這裡，下次也一定要再來！因可以發呆，爬山，泡湯，兒子可以游泳，和老婆不會抱怨我選的地點不夠好.............

It's not really easy for a hotspring resort remained to be that famous for more than 10 years.
