尊敬的中国比特币用户：
    以太坊区块链在硬分叉之后，分离成两条独立的区块链，短链并没有像以太坊基金会预期的那样得到遏制。众多矿池、交易所和个人用户在不知情的情况下流失了部分原本无价值的ETC，也就是重放攻击。以太坊开发团队坦言分叉前已知重放攻击的存在，但迫于复杂性和紧迫性，忽略了这块功能的实现。
    CHBTC原本寄希望于基金会出面遏制ETC的发展，避免造成更大的混乱。但目前基金会态度已经默认了ETC的存在，并不会限制其发展。我们作为交易平台对ETC持中立态度，不在道德和价值层面做评判。
目前市场和用户对于上线ETC交易的需求日渐强烈，我们在承受来自用户的质疑和压力的同时，经过综合考虑，决定于2016年8月1日15:30分开放ETC的交易功能，同时开启ETC的充值和提现服务。但投资用户需明确以下几点风险：
1. ETC跟其他数字货币一样，存在投资和投机价值，用户需承担盈亏风险；
2. ETC区块链目前算力低，网络不稳定，有被攻击甚至清零的风险；
3. ETC价格有可能剧烈波动，借贷用户有被强制平仓的风险；
4. 其他目前未知的风险
    CHBTC会持续对ETC的风险保持监测和评估。请广大用户合理分配资金，在可承受风险之内谨慎参与。
