Searching for someone that knows how to code PHP and HTML

Hi guys,

Im working on my new project and i need someone that knows how to code PHP and HTML.

What i need:

A CS:GO server player,map,servername display window to which i can add server IPs and display them on my website.

A Steam login button with a empty profile page to which i can add stuff later on.

The way it would work is: In the upper right corner of the website it would display LOGIN NOW a button to login.

After you loggin you can click on the same are as before and it will take you to your profile page.

a hidden page that can only be displayed after someone is logged in.

Its of course a paid request, depending on the work amount i can pay up to 200€.
