Since doing a course for growing oysters mushrooms, we're getting there.
Starting with this.

And getting here.

Resulting in providing your local restaurant(s) with realy fresh mushrooms. Instead of the wholesale oysters which are first picked, than stored and cooled.
It's amazing how fast these kind of mushrooms grow.
From pins till grown takes 5-7 days.

Resulting in 1.6 kg delicious mushroom.
