Coffee Downside Momentum Is Going to Fade [long]

Chart tells us the volume on the levels we are on right now is low. Lower than on all other levels in the last year. The closes level with big volume (= bigger will to sell for this price) is 102.5 We will eventually go much above that. The crops have just been sown and they benefit from good weather. Pests will most likely benefit too.

There are certain rhytms in nature. Times when there is too many predators, so the prey's numbers are descending. Then, predators start dying out and prey's numbers grow. These rhytms depending on species happen to repeat in 20 - 50 years. As humans want to simply have coffee, they plant more of it, thus I believe the pests population is growing too and will come as any other year. Certainly, there is weather factor to which coffee plant is sensitive. Beneficial weathers never carry on all year. Remember that.

In next 10 days, Coffee Futures will most likely stop descending and probably even start rising. Rise will not be straightforward as markets generall don't end in V shapes.
