you mean coffee it self is more accepted in the body by adding this to it? Now i am familiar with always putting butter in my coffee, bacause it brings out the taste of the coffee the same way that cream would do, but health bennefits? I thought scrapping coffee would be best. But this is nice news for a fresh grinded and brewed coffe drinker :-)

Ok, OK...technicallly, scrapping coffee is not a bad idea...but I can't, because it is one of my sincere joys in this life. I use ghee because the energetics of it balance out the coffee. According to ayurvedic medicine and Dr. Lad, adding a pinch of cardamom counters the negative effects as well, in addition to the oil
