Today, I would like to introduce my coffee academy.

This is a picture of a roasting coffee class.

Handpicking is mandatory for Roasting.
Handpicking is the process of selecting bee greanbeans, deformed greanbean and defective greanbean called shells.
These are the things that can make a negative taste of coffee and they are classified before being roasted.

This is a coffee roasting machine used in my academy.
You can take the SCAE course at our institute.
If you take the SCAE course, you can experience the above courses and have a variety of coffee courses.
