Espresso and an Old Guitar and How to Recognize Perfect Alignment in Your Life (action steps).

in #coffee8 years ago (edited)

Here is today's post. Enjoy.

Good day to you, folks! Espresso, Koi, and the Silver Alox Cadet for good measure as I pull this guitar out for a bit this morning...

This Charvel had its neck replaced probably around 1989 and is my 3rd guitar ever and a total workhorse with wear to prove it. It's been a while since playing it and when I pulled it down from the hanger, it was perfectly in tune. I love that. This one feels like home and is never going to leave.

How do you recognize perfect alignment in your life?

Are you noting the details? How easily or effortlessly do things happen? Are you receiving back what you put out into the Universe? If you aren't already, start paying attention to the details and take an inventory of what you see, feel, hear, and with what you generally challenge yourself. Do this daily. It will paint a picture of you, your surroundings, your energy and perhaps what changes you need to make in your life to attract positively. The air around us is free, so breathe deeply and take some notes. When you see, hear, and/or feel the moments of perfect alignment you'll know by using your contentment and power as a gauge.

Today's Thought:
When realizing perfect alignment happens in this world, it is easy to smile, be engaged, breathe deeply, and enjoy the ride. Have an amazing day!

About

Good day to all of you, fellow Steemit people! As mentioned in my intro post, I'm an avid coffee junkie, guitarist, amp builder, etc. But something that sets me apart from the pack is the fact that on a daily basis, I post positivity. The Internet is abound with negativity and it certainly can take its tolls on those that read/see it. My contributions daily are an attempt to shine light in the darkness, help others, and bring quick observations and philosophies to the table that perhaps, will help you also. We're on this journey together, so check in and be well.

Thank you! It's been thru so much with me. Tons of bands/recording/shows, etc. Amazing guitar.

Nice! Also a fan of good coffee, guitars and positivity. I'm interested in amp-building as well! Hope you will share some insight on that too, I'm eager to learn :)

Keep up the great work @scottvanfossen
