@stokjockey Almost everything we buy now is full of chemicals. Sugarfree creamer isn't the most healthy but it is way better then the regular creamer that is loaded in carbs and also more chemicals. an example 6tbsp of sugarfree creamer is 10-12 grams of carbs. regular cream for 6tbsp would be approximate 30-35grams of carbs.
