Coinbase user Agreement updates
Hello steemians
They have updated its user agreement — available https://www.coinbase.com/legal/user_agreement?country=uk
will take effect beginning 30 May, 2019. Most of the changes are to make the agreement easier to read, avoid legal jargon, and allow you to better understand which services are provided by which Coinbase entities. We’ve also included the following:
Terms that apply where you grant API access to your Coinbase account to another entity
Clarifications on your rights to refunds where there is unauthorised activity on your account
More detail on miner’s fees
Wording confirming the ownership position for crypto in your Coinbase wallet
Terms relating to access and availability of Coinbase services
For anything happening prior to 30 May, 2019, the previous user agreement will still apply — these are available to download https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tXo-nKZMOShGKxnAwBBfnhr74nPNXpbe/view
