Coinbase Trying To Make Things Right

After all this criticism of Coinbase being a terrible platform and having some history of losing funds, theyre starting to get it together.

The company has had a series of outages during times of need, not allowing people to buy or sell in crucial moments. How can you possibly cone out with a $1bn valuation and not allow people to do what they want with their money?

About a month ago two users reported losing over 200k with no signs of a helping hand. Support tickets were submitted and never answered. How can you trust a company like this?

Are they a scam?

After about a month of the vanished funds, Coinbase processed the transaction. Maybe they just had so much demand at once that they lost some transactions and went back and processed them.

I do see that the company is trying to make positive strides in making their platform the leading crypto exchange on the planet. What makes me to believe this is that complaints are subsiding, people are getting refunded and I received this email...

Surveys are a great indication of how your company is doing and shows you need signs of improvement. It shows that the company cares about its users and wants to make things right so people have a more positive experience on Coinbase.

Me personally, have never had a problem other than not being able to buy or sell during volatile times. Definitely quite annoying, but if they fix this issue then I think more people would recommend it to anyone.

I like to buy steem power directly from coinbase, is there a way to do it?

Coinbase is legit but i think they May have some technical issues

Yea they're trying to do better. When the ETH flash crash happened a week or two ago many accounts got liquidated. They offered refunds for those who were not able to access funds
