Stres atma hakkında [Cointurk 19. Projesi] [vali #6767]
Çok sık olmasada strese girdiğim zamanlar oluyor elbette. Belkide çok sık oluyor ama hayatın akışı içerisinde, o hengamede göremiyorsun, hissedemiyorsun buhranlığı. Birde şu var tabi, stres ne ile girdiğin...
Bir korkuyla yada sevinçlemi, beklediğin yada zamanın geçmediği birşey yüzünden mi ne ile. Benim hayattan çok büyük beklentilerimin olmamasından dolayı belkide çok fazla strese girmiyorum. Yada dediğim gibi hayatın akışı içerisinde ona sıra bile gelmiyordur. Maaşallah diyelim:)
Ama şu var, bu gibi sıkıcı durumlar içerisine girdiğimde, bu duygu halinde olduğumda genelde yaptığım şudur. Telefon yada pc den youtube, facebook, instagram açıp komik şeyler seyretmek. Google görsellerden karikatür kovalamak. Bu yani bu kadar. Tabi bugün böyle yarın ne olur Allah bilir. Allah beterinden saklasın ve stresiyle başa edemeyenlere o gücü kuvveti versin.
